    We are going to WDW in September. The calendar says Hollywood Studios closes at 8pm but Fantasmic is scheduled at 8:30 pm. Can you tell me how this works?

    Hi, Catherine!

    While the park might officially close at 8:00 p.m. Fantasmic will not begin until 8:30 p.m.  The park closing means the attractions will no longer allow guests into the queue, most Quick Service locations will close, and the park starts shutting down. This is the time many guests will flock to Fantasmic. However, if you plan to get into this hugely popular nighttime spectacular, I suggest you get in line one hour prior to showtime.  Between the stadium style seating and standing room only, this area can handle up to about 10,000 guests yet it fills to capacity nearly every show!

    Following the show, guests will be ushered straight out the front gates so do not expect to re-enter the park since it will be closed.  Buses will be available to get you back to your resort, but patience is a must at this time with 10,000 guests trying to get back to their home resort!
