Hi we are going to WDW on Sept. 27th for 5 nights. We are booked at the French Quarter but, We can't decide if we should stay there or the Coronado Springs? Which do you think would be best for our family of 4 (Kids 6 & 5) Thanks

Hi William - while I think Coronado Springs has the best rooms of the moderate resorts, it's a really large resort.  Going from one end of the resort to the other is a long walk.  Since it also holds conventions, to me, it's more of an "adult" resort.  Therefore, I'd recommend that you stick with the Port Orleans French Quarter, which has more of a kid-friendly feel to it.

What I like about the Port Orleans French Quarter, especially for families with young children, is that it's small, and completely walkable.  You can also take a boat to Downtown Disney, which is a nice bonus.  The food court is also great for families.

    Have a great vacation!
