Do many WDW restaurants offer sugar-free desserts, or fruit plates for dessert?

    Hi Duane,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us a question!

We’ve been limiting the sugar in our diet lately and I was pleasantly surprised to see that most table-service restaurants at Walt Disney World Resort have at least one “sugar-free” option on their dessert menu. I’ve tried many of these selections and I’ve always found them to be delicious. While fruit plates aren’t typically found on the menu, you can always ask your waiter to see if one is available. They’ll be happy to accommodate you, if possible.

Don’t forget to check out the Special Dietary Requests page for more information, if you have any other questions about dietary sensitivities or restrictions.

    Have a Magical Day,
