Hi Richard!

I believe you are talking about the "Bounce Back" offer. This is sometimes provided in your resort room on a postcard with offer code that you can use to book your next resort stay at Walt Disney World at a pretty significant savings. You must have this postcard to be able to get the discount. It is not provided to every guest every time though. It's kind of like receiving a PIN code, there's no strategy on who the lucky ones are that get the discount. You are more than welcome to as the concierge when during your vacation, but there is no guarantee that you will receive anything.
