Hi there. WDW planning is complicated. Is there some required step that must be done before making ADR (dining reservations) or can you make the reservations even before having booked your lodging and tickets to the parks?

    Hi Christian!

You can make your Disney dining reservations 180 days in advance with or without a resort reservation.  Since I am driving distance to Walt Disney World, I am usually just visiting for the day, but I am still able to make my dining reservations at any time within that 180 window.  The advantage of having your resort reservation booked prior to making dining reservations is that you can make your dining reservations for your entire length of stay starting at that 180 day mark.

    Have a magical day!
