Hi! At WDW, am I permitted to use my dining plan credits at a sit down restaurant or a quick service restaurant for a member of my Friends and Family List who is NOT staying in my resort room? Thanks! : )

    Hello Tracey!

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel with a great question!

There is nothing more convenient than adding a Disney Dining Plan to your Magic Your Way Vacation Package. I love not having to worry about paying for meals during my visit since they are already taken care of, and this means more time to focus on having fun!

One of the features that I like the most about Disney Dining Plans is that you are able to redeem your entitlements any way you want to until they are all depleted. This means that you are also able to use credits to pay for meals for friends and family who are not in your party. Please remember to include them in reservations if you are dining at a Table-Service restaurant or at a Quick-Service location that accepts reservations, such as Be Our Guest Restaurant.  Don’t forget to tell your server upon arriving that you will be using Disney Dining Plan entitlements to pay for your friends’ meals.

I hope this helps you while planning, Tracey! Please stop by real soon with more questions.

    Best magical wishes,
    Thiana
