Can WDW park tickets, purchased as part of a package, be upgraded to an annual pass?

Hey Howdy Hey Brittany and welcome to planDisney!

Any trip to the Walt Disney World Resort is Magical in that you have such a grand opportunity to experience all the excitement throughout the resort. It can be super tough to get in all of your "must-do" experiences and a trip back is warranted for this opportunity. Brittany, you are in a great position for your upcoming trip to consider an Annual Pass upgrade to experience more of the Magic during your stay and for stays to come. Let's talk about how.

First and foremost, yes, you can upgrade your multi-day tickets to an Annual Pass. On your trip, feel free to visit any ticket window at the parks or at Disney Springs and let them know you are interested in upgrading to an Annual Pass. They will be able to apply the amount you paid for your tickets to your pass and get you all set up.

You can also do this yourself on your My Disney Experience app before your trip. Simply log into the app, click on the three horizontal lines on the bottom right and tap "My Tickets & Passes". Look for the blue (+) at the top of your screen and select Annual Passes. This should bring you to a screen to walk you through the steps of this purchase as well.

I hope this information was helpful and here is an early welcome to the Annual Passholder family! Please let us know if you have any other questions!

    To Infinity and Beyond,
