Hi, I have only been to WDW once but I do not remember it at all. I have a list of the characters that I HAVE to meet but I don't always want to go to the character dining. How else can I meet (take pics with & get autographs) in the parks????

Hi Laura! There are many ways to see the characters without booking a character dining experience. Many guests enjoy doing it that way as it takes care of two things at once.  Each park has various character meet and greet locations set up for guests to see their favorite Disney faces through-out the day. The best way to know who is in the park and where to find them each day is to stop at the Guest Services and get the character schedule. Each park can change from day to day.

One of my favorite places to see the fabulous five characters, Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Goofy, and Pluto is in Epcot at the character station. This is located in Future World as you head to the Land Pavilion. The line can get long so try to get there early when the park opens. The World Showcase will have special ones there as well such as Aladdin and Jafar and always check at the International Gateway as many are there and the lines are never long. United Kingdom will often have Mary Poppins!

The Animal Kingdom is full of characters to meet and greet and Camp Mickey and Minnie is a good spot to start. While in the park keep watch for the more unknown ones such as the walking vines and trees!

Hollywood Studios can surprise you when the Toy Story characters come alive out of no where. The green soldiers are especially fun.

Of course the Magic Kingdom is full of characters to meet and greet each day. You will find many around the square near City Hall and just about any other location. I hope you will be able to meet each and every one that is on your list...don't forget the camera and the autograph book and pen!
