WDW offers kids a "Power Pack" option at some places (usually some deli meat, fruits, veggies, goldfish crackers, etc). This is an AWESOME option for my very picky preschooler. Is there a comprehensive list of dining places that offer it?

    Hi Rebecca,

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel! As the mom to a 2 year old and a 4 year old, I know how sometimes little ones would rather eat a few snacks than enjoy a large meal. And just like you, I have found that the Power Packs offered at many Walt Disney World Resort Quick Service restaurants are often the perfect option for my little guys! While menu options and offerings are always subject to change, I have filtered a list of Walt Disney World Resort restaurants that are currently offering Power Packs on their menu. Simply Generally, Power Packs contain Dannon yogurt, apple wedges, carrot sticks, Goldfish crackers, an apple-cinnamon snack bar and a drink. My kids love to get a Power Pack and enjoy a few tasty treats and then save some for later in the day!

Keep in mind that you can also find wonderful snacks throughout the restaurants and retail locations at Walt Disney World Resort that make great meal options for little ones with a smaller appetite. My sons love the Snacks with Character offerings that are available in many retail locations at the resort, particularly the Mountain Mambo Seed & Fruit Mix, as well as packages of grapes, apples, carrots, yogurt and dry cereal that are available in many Quick Service restaurants and they often enjoy a combination of those items as a meal during our days in the theme parks. After all, there is so many exciting things for a preschooler to do at Walt Disney World Resort, they just can't slow down too much to eat!

Please let us know if you have any other questions as you prepare for your trip. T-T-F-N, ta ta for now!
