Does WDW offer group rates? We are thinking of going as a family (20 people, including 6 kids). Also, can you book rooms right next to each other?

I love traveling to WDW with extended family!

Call (407) 828-3318 for Group Reservations. You'll need to book at least 10 rooms to qualify for group rates.

If you do not have 10 rooms, then consider signing up for a Grand Gathering. While there are no discount rates, only 8 people are needed to create a Grand Gathering. You'll have access to special events and merchandise. Call 407-WDW-PLAN for more info.

For help organizing your group vacation, utilize the services of an Authorized Disney Vacation Planner. While you may not qualify for a group rate via Disney, travel agents often throw in perks for large groups. A trusted travel agent will also help you find the best deals.

While rooms are not guaranteed to be next to each other, you'll be able to make a request when booking your reservation. If you all book separately and have multiple room reservations rather than one reservation for all of the rooms, make sure the reservations are all linked together! Linking your reservations will make it easier for WDW to try to fulfill your room location request!
