Hi, there!
Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Carolyn. We love when you stop by!
Your stay at
Disney's Polynesian Village Resort is just around the corner. How very exciting! My family enjoyed a week at this tropical oasis a few months ago, and we loved every minute. You heard correctly. If you decide to travel to Magic Kingdom Park by
monorail service, you'll pass the security screening just outside the second floor of the Great Ceremonial House before entering the monorail platform. When the monorail arrives at
Magic Kingdom Park, you may go directly to the gate to scan your MagicBand and step onto Main Street, U.S.A. Should you choose to travel to Magic Kingdom Park by water transportation (my family found this option to be more convenient than the monorail), you'll go through a security screening immediately after exiting the boat. This security point is exclusive to Guests traveling by watercraft, so it won't take much time at all.
During your stay at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort, be sure to take advantage of the incredible
dining options. I especially love the delicious breakfast at 'Ohana. My kids had the best time dining with Mickey Mouse, Lilo, and Stitch! I also highly recommend
Disney's Spirit of Aloha Dinner Show. With a tropical feast and incredible entertainment, what could be better?
I hope this was helpful, Carolyn. Please visit us again soon with any other questions you may have!
