    Will be at WDW in October, and intended to take our grandson one night to Simba's Clubhouse. Just heard the kid clubs are all closing. Our grandson does not do well with strange sitters. Are there any other child care centers available?

     Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Joan. We're glad you're here! 

     I can understand your disappointment. My sons enjoyed an evening at Lilo's Playhouse, one of the Children's Activity Centers at Walt Disney World Resort, and they had such a fantastic time, they were actually upset when we came to pick them up!

     Not to worry, Joan; I have the very best news, and I'm thrilled to share it with you! The Disney Parks Blog just announced a brand-new children's experience - Pixar Play Zone at Disney's Contemporary Resort. This exciting offering is available nightly for children ages 4-12, and includes fun activities, a kid-friendly dinner, and even a dance party! Some of Pixar's most popular characters will be in attendance for an evening kids are sure to never forget. I know my boys are going to love this kids-only experience, and I bet your grandson will too! 

     Reservations for Pixar Play Zone just opened up, and I'll be calling soon to reserve a spot for my little guys this summer. You can call (407) 824-KIDS to reserve a place for your grandson! Keep in mind that you do not need to be a Guest of Disney's Contemporary Resort to take advantage of this unique experience.

     If your little Mouseketeer doesn't meet the age requirements for Pixar Play Zone, or if you just aren't sure it's the right fit for him, In-Room Babysitting is available during your stay at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel. I know he isn't a fan of unfamiliar sitters, but I can assure you that Kid's Nite Out babysitters are highly qualified and very experienced!
