We are going to WDW in October our family of five and my in laws who are both in their 70s.I made our ADRs for all of us. If someone wants to skip an ADR when is the latest I can cancel or change the number of people in our party to avoid the $10 fee pp?

    Hi Amy,

I always love hearing from a fellow Bay Stater!

If someone in your party decides that they don't feel up to going, but the rest of your party wants to keep the reservation, then you will want to call 407-WDW-DINE at least an hour prior to your reservation. They can decrease your party size for you at that time. Disney Dining has informed me that they can't make any changes within the hour. In the event of a last minute decision, due to illness, speak with the restaurant directly if one person can't come.

If you are going to cancel for the entire party, then you need to do so by 11: P.M. the night before your reservation to avoid the cancelation fee.

    Wising you a wonderful vacation,
