    Hi! Going to WDW in October and will be attending the MNSSHP (7pm-midnight). Can I use my dining plan at Magic Kingdom for a 6pm dinner reservation @ Liberty Tree Tavern using that event ticket or do I have to use a theme park ticket?

    Thank you for sending in your question to the Walt Disney World Moms Panel. 

    Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party is a lot of fun.  It is my favorite hard ticketed event in Walt Disney World.  The ticket will allow you to participate in the party that runs from 7 pm until midnight.  In years past, guests have been allowed to get in early but there is no guarantee Disney will continue to do that.  However, I personally have been able to get in as early as 4 pm using only a party ticket.
