    We will be at WDW Oct 3 & stay at POR. Whats the advantage to online check in? We have a pref. room reserved in Alligator Bayou for 2adults & 3kids:16, 7, 4. Would it be possible to get a refurbished room in the Mansions w/ a rollaway?

    Hi Brandon!
    The main advantage to online check-in is time. You have a separate line to do your check-in and everything is usually right there waiting for you.
    As for your request for a refurbished room, I always suggest to guests that they make their requests in person to the cast member helping them at check-in. Although they cannot guarantee a specific room, most cast members go out of their way to help you get what you are looking for. They want to exceed your expectations and will do their best.
