    We will be in WDW Oct 6-10 to celebrate daughters 10th birthday on 10-10-10! We are staying at The Grand Floridian. Looking for extra special things to make this super sweet girl have an extra special birthday. Thanks.

    Oh Jennie! Everything you do will need to be in 10's!  What an exciting time for your daughter and a day she will want to remember forever.  What better place to make that memory then Walt Disney World!

    Contact the Disney florist, 407-827-3505, to check out the many great options for in room celebrations.  You can imagine the surprise when your daughter would enter back into your room during the day to see some wonderful surprise waiting for her!

    If you can plan a princess dining experience or a character meal or even a tea at the Grand Floridian.  You can also try to book a fireworks cruise for that evening and surprise her with a wonderful cake on board.  We have ordered the beautiful mickey head cake in the past and enjoyed that but you can order and arrange for just about anything.  Please call the cake hotline for more ideas at 407-827-2253.

    There are so many other ways to celebrate this special day. Perhaps you can make a game of the day where you help her meet ten other birthday guests in the parks. Many people wear the birthday buttons so this isn't a hard task.  It can become a scavenger hunt. You can ask her to greet ten characters, pick out ten favorite snack treats, meet ten cast members at your resort or in the parks and learn where they are from, ride ten attractions, and so much more! What a fun day you can plan and at Disney there is no limit to what you can do!
