Going to WDW in Oct. w/ 2 boys (ages 7 & 5.5) and hubby. They haven't been in strollers since they were about 3, but is it worth it to have an umbrella stroller or something to take the burden off their skinny little legs? Is it a hassle to deal with

    Hi Erin!

I'm not sure if an umbrella stroller would fit a 7 or 5.5 year old, because at that age they may be too tall. The strollers available at the parks aren't the most comfortable in my experience for little kids, but should do fine for older kids in case you consider it just for them to take a rest. If you do use a stroller, or even if you decide to rent one from the parks, you'll find that when you approach an attraction there is a designated stroller parking nearby where you leave your stroller while you're at the attraction. I'm already used to the routine of parking the stroller while my hubby heads to the line with the kids, but you'll have to decide how you would be most comfortable, or even your kids in this matter. I hope this helps, feel free to come back to the Moms Panel if you have anymore questions as we're all happy to help!
