Hi, We are going to WDW in November, I know the parks are opened but isn't it slightly cold. Is the water heated?? Would it still be fun for us to enjoy the park.

    Hello, Casie!

November in Walt Disney World is typically absolutely beautiful, weather-wise. The average high is 78 degrees and the average low is 58.

For our Thanksgiving trip to WDW, we wore T-shirts and carried light jackets for the cooler early mornings and evenings, and were very comfortable. There were even some days that the jacket wasn't needed at all. WDW resort and water park pools are heated year-round, too, so a swim at any time of the day will be truly relaxing, not chilly! :-)

Of course, there are always warm and cold fronts which move in and out at any time, so keep your eye on the forecast before departing, in case it's a little warmer or cooler than the typical averages. During those shoulder seasons, we usually pack a little of each: shorts and T-shirts; thin, longer pants and long-sleeved shirts; lightweight jackets; sandals as well as sneakers, and always bring a swimsuit!

Enjoy your November trip to the most magical place on Earth! Come back with any questions as you think of them, too. I'd love to help sprinkle pixie dust throughout your trip!
