    We will be in WDW November 5-10 and hoping to attend the Christmas party. I would like to avoid the night that they film the Christmas special. Have they released the date(s) yet? Thank you!

    Hello Courtney! Welcome to the Disney parks moms panel

    A good friend of mine was able to take in the recording of “Disney Parks Presents a Disney Channel Holiday Celebration” at Magic Kingdom 2 years ago and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. However, he pointed out that crowds were larger than usual and that mobility around Cinderella Castle(especially with a stroller) was limited.

    For the past few years, the Disney Parks Blog has updated guests as to the dates for the Christmas specials in early November of that year. The dates for this year's special have not yet been released. 

    If you were looking to attend Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party and happen to be at Magic Kingdom during recording, the festivities actually attract guests away from the traditional attractions and entertainment.

    Be sure to find the perfect spot to take in Mickey's Once Upon A Christmastime Parade to get the best view for all of your favorite Disney Pals in their holiday best.
