We are going to WDW from Nov 9-15; 7 weeks!; and we have a few breakfast reservations, including the Royal Table. We are staying at POR. How much time should we alllow ourselves to get to the various theme parks in time for our reservations?

    Hi Rob!

Are you "too excited to sleep" just yet? How fun! Congratulations on securing one of the most popular dining locations in all of Walt Disney World ... Cinderella's Royal Table.

Disney's Port Orleans - Riverside offers a great location and you can typically expect to spend 15-25 minutes traveling to the Theme Parks from here. Be sure to build in time waiting for your bus and walking to the restaurant, so I'd suggest leaving one hour prior to your Advanced Dining Reservation. Early morning buses are available to transport guests to their breakfasts prior to park opening. Check with your front desk the evening before for more information.

If you're dining at any of the Disney Resort Hotels, I'd build in another 30 minutes as the buses do not travel directly to and from the hotels. You'll need to travel first to a Theme Park, then transfer to the Resort Hotel of your dining location. Don't worry ... plenty of Cast Members are on hand to help you navigate the transportation options. It's one of the many perks to staying at a Disney Resort Hotel ... no driving!

Have a magical vacation, Rob, and please visit us again with any other questions coming to mind.
