    We will be at WDW Nov 14th to the 20th. I know the Star Wars ride will be closed. Will they still have the Jedi Training Academy?

    Hi Kellie,

    You're right - Star Tours at Disney's Hollywood Studios is scheduled to close on September 8, 2010 for a huge refurbishment. They have just announced that it is scheduled to reopen on May 16, 2011 and it promises to be better than ever as it will be present in 3D.

    I have a very reliable source that told me that the Jedi Training Academy will remain open during the refurbishment of Star Tours.  Please keep in mind that although this is the current plan, it could change as the refurbishment progresses.  Be sure to pick up a Times Guide when you enter the park to confirm this and for a list of times it will be held on that day you visit.
