We are going to WDW on Nov. 27-Dec. 1. Will we get to see the castle lit up with winter ice lights even if we don't go to Mickey's Merry Christmas Party? Do they light the castle each evening at dusk? thanks.

    Hi Patti!

Good news!  You will get to see Cinderella Castle dripping in icicle lights even if you don't get to attend Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party.  It's a beautiful sight!  You'll also get to enjoy all of the gorgeous Christmas decorations!  If you get a chance, please check out some of the resorts.  The decorations are stunning.  If you can only choose one resort to see, make it The Grand Floridian.  You HAVE to see the life sized gingerbread house!

Enjoy your trip!  You're going during a magical time of year.

Magic Kingdom still takes my breath away, but my favorite place to be is on a Disney ship looking at the horizon and breathing in that crisp, clean ocean air!  I love planning Disney vacations for others and making sure it's more than they dreamed. Learn More About Marisol
