    We will be at WDW for 6 nights. Weather permitting, we want to go to a water park one time and to the NBA Experience one time. Is it better to add the park hopper plus or just the park hopper and pay for the water park and NBA? Thank you, Tony

    Welcome back! It’s always a joy to hear from you! 

    I’m so glad that you’re planning ahead, Tony! I find that my vacations to Walt Disney World are that much sweeter when I have taken time to weigh my options and ask myself, “What would Mickey do?” 

    With the current ticket prices I am seeing, it would be a better value for you to purchase the Park Hopper Plus Option for your tickets. Since we can only see ticket prices through December though, I would definitely encourage you to check what a Park Hopper Option would be with Water Park and NBA Experience tickets added on closer to your trip. Generally, though, Park Hopper Plus Options for 6 day (and up) tickets give you about a $50 advantage per ticket. (Again, prices are subject to change. But this has been pretty consistent in past years!) 

    I’ve had no problem with the Water Parks and weather in February! I always like soaking up the Water Parks in the morning, adventuring at Disney Springs in the afternoon, and playing the night away at Magic Kingdom Park! That’s what I call a magical getaway!
