We will be at WDW next week with our 5 year old and 10 year old on the Disney Dining Plan. I thought my 5 year old would have to order off the kid's menu and my 10 year old would have to order as an adult, but my friend says no. Who's right?

Hi Amy - the Disney Dining Plans indicate that children must order from the children's menu if one is available.  If there is not a children's menu available, then you can order from the adult menu.  You can read more about the dining plans on the hyperlink above.  Have a great vacation!
