Hello, we will be at WDW next week staying at CSR. We have dinner reservation at the Cape May Cafe on Friday night. What would be the best way to get there using WDW transportation? Thanks

Hi Derren!  Getting from resort to resort for dining reservations is the most complicated thing you will do while at Walt Disney World. It actually isn't complicated but you have a few things you must be aware of before setting out.

Since your resort is close to Blizzard Beach you can take a bus to this water park (make sure it is open) and then transfer to the Yacht and Beach Club resort bus from there. If this water park is not open you can take a bus to Hollywood Studios and then catch the boat to the Yacht Club marina. The restaurant is just a five minute walk from there in the Beach Club resort lobby.  You can also catch a bus to Downtown Disney and transfer to the Yacht and Beach Club bus.  Whatever you do it will mean taking a bus to another park and transferring from there.  Please make sure you give yourself plenty of time to wait for buses at each location so you are not late for your reservation.  Many say give yourself an hour and a half but I would say you can likely do it in an hour but this could be a bit more stressful rushing.

On your return you will have to figure out if parks are open before you catch a bus or boat to them to make a transfer. In the evenings the best location to transfer is Downtown Disney.

The absolute easiest way to get there and fastest is to have your resort call a taxi. Cost would be about $12-$15 and if you have a large group you can request a van taxi.
