We will be at wdw next week. There is a possibility for a rainy day. Is there any park you do not recommend touring in the rain? Also, my son really wants to see the lights, motor, action stunt show at HS. Will that be canceled in bad weather? Thanks!

    Hi Laura!

Wow, it is so awesome that your Walt Disney World vacation is almost here!  Based on my experience, Epcot and Animal Kingdom are more difficult to tour when it is raining hard because they are larger parks and the attractions are more geographically spread out .  Magic Kingdom and Hollywood Studios are smaller and have most of their attractions closer together so it is easier to go to indoor attractions when it is raining.  That being said sometimes a rainy day is the best day to tour the parks because of lower crowds.  Yes, Lights, Motors, Action at Hollywood Studios can be cancelled or delayed because of weather (specifically heavy rain or a lightning storm) for the safety of the Guests and Cast Members.

I hope that your upcoming Wlat Disney World vacation is truly magical in every way!

    Keep Dreaming Big!
