Going to WDW next week! Our friends just asked us to meet them in July. Can we upgrade to an AP as long as we do it before the last day of our Mar trip? Will we get the full purchase price of the MYW applied to the AP even if we wait until that last day?

Hi Robyn!

Ticket upgrades must be done within 14 days of first use. You will receive the full value of the Magic Your Way ticket towards the cost of the Annual pass, even if you choose to upgrade on your last day.

There has been a recent change to the upgrades which require you to do the upgrade on or before your last day of ticket entitlements, even if you are within your 14 day window. For example, if you have a five-day Magic Your Way ticket, you must complete the upgrade within 14 days of first use and prior to the end of the fifth day of using the tickets. (If your tickets are on your Key to the World Card, you can still upgrade after the tickets are used and within the 14 day window because your name will be printed on the card).
