    Hello! I will be in WDW MK on Saturday April 30th 2011. I was wondering what is the fireworks schedule for that evening. Also, how late is MK open? Thanks in Advance

    Hi Tasbeeh,

    Disney Grad Nite is the reason for Magic Kingdom closing at 7:00pm on April 30, 2011.  This is a private after-hours party which is held for High School Seniors only and happens on select dates in April and May 2011.  Magic Kingdom will close to the general public at 7:00pm to prepare for this special event, but if you would like to see the fireworks that evening (they will have a custom fireworks show this night for the Grad Nite Party), I suggest that you view them from one of the monorail Resorts (my favorite one to view the fireworks at Magic Kingdom from when I can't be in the Park is from the Polynesian Resort).  The view of Wishes from the beach at this Resort is spectacular and you can easily get there by riding the monorail around the loop from Magic Kingdom (first stop is the Contemporary Resort, second stop is the TTC and then comes the Polynesian Resort).  I hope this helps!
