WDW Mill Times, 1st @ DL. we are 23 but obsessed. June 14-17 1 day DD, 1 CA, and 2 DL. What must we do and see at each? (best stores, rest., things to see?) Can I see Remy anywhere? we are thinking Walk in Walt FootSteps Tour and eat at Blue Bayou, thanks!

    Hi, Amanda!

I think you’ll fall in love with the history and charm of Walt Disney’s original theme park here on the West Coast! I’m glad you’re considering the Walk in Walt’s Disneyland Footsteps Guided Tour for your first visit. It currently includes an exclusive peek at Walt’s original apartment in Town Square!

At the Downtown Disney District be sure to visit World of Disney, Marceline’s Confectionary, and Disney Vault 28. My go-to restaurant is Ralph Brennan’s Jazz Kitchen.

Blue Bayou is my favorite restaurant in Disneyland Park, so I’m glad it’s on your list. It’s located inside Pirates of the Caribbean, and the gently-lit “outdoor” atmosphere is truly unique! Plaza Inn is a Victorian-themed restaurant on Main Street, U.S.A. and it's the home of one of my favorite quick-service meals, the fried chicken.

Be sure to try Flo’s V8 Café at Disney California Adventure Park. The décor is inspired by drive-up diners and features a spectacular view of cars speeding by on the Radiator Springs Racers attraction! Be sure to see Cars Land during the day and also at night when the neon lights are aglow. Carthay Circle Restaurant is my favorite fine-dining restaurant because of the glamorous 1930s-Hollywood atmosphere and top-notch cuisine. Take advantage of a World of Color dining package so you can enjoy a special meal followed by a viewing of this must-do show from a prime reserved location.

Be sure to see Fantasmic! in Disneyland Park (it’s different than Walt Disney World’s version), and Fantasy Faire is the place to meet Disney princesses. “Mickey and the Magical Map" is a live show at Fantasyland Theatre that combines innovative technology with favorite characters and songs.

I hope this helps, Amanda, and that you have a perfectly pixie-dusted vacation!

    Wishing you magic,
    Courtney
