We are going to WDW 10/2-8...a mere 40 days from now!! What will the weather be like then, how should we pack? What happens when it rains, are the rides shut down? What else is there to do if it rains? It will be 7 of us. My 6, 8 & 10 yr old, us &

    Hi Jill!

Exciting!  LOVE the countdown...gets me ready for Disney!  You can expect the weather to be quite warm.  Highs in the mid 80s and lows in the mid 60s.  October is the time for our typical trip, and we generally pack shorts and tees, and the occasional cropped pant.  Don't' forget your rain gear!  With the exception of a few attractions, most of the rides are up and running during rain showers which frequent the central Florida area--that's how everything stays so lush and green there!

    Have a magical vacation!
