    We are going to WDW in May and staying at the Wildnerness Lodge. Do we pick up the park tickets at the hotel upon check-in? We are on the the Magic your way plus dining plan.Thank you!

    Hi Ana!

    Thank you for sending in your question to the Walt Disney World Moms Panel.  Yes, your theme park media will be encoded in your Key to the World card, which is basically your room key, theme park tickets, Disney meal credits, and resort ID all rolled up into one card.  You will pick them up when you check-in at the Wilderness Lodge.  You should check-in when you first arrive at Walt Disney World.  Your room may not be ready, but you can drop your luggage with Bell Services and head out to the parks!

    The Wilderness Lodge is my absolute favorite resort at Walt Disney World.  Be sure to make a reservation at the Whispering Canyon Cafe if you have children and at Artist Point if you don't.  Both are wonderful places to dine!  Write back if you have any more questions!
