Going to WDW May 16-24. MK half day the 16th, all day 17 and 23, BB the 18, DHS the 19th, AK the 19th, TL the 21st, Epcot 22st. 4 people - 42, 41, 5 and 5. Crowds like this time of year and should I look at adding some park time to the 18th and 21st?

Hi James,  I was a bit confused by your schedule, as it looks like you already have Blizzard Beach scheduled for the 18th and Typhoon Lagoon on the 21st, I'm not sure you'd want to add anything additional to these days with 2 - 5 year olds.  I didn't see anything scheduled for May 20, which I think is good . . . you have quite a full schedule and your 5 year olds might want a day to take a breather!

One other note - you have Animal Kingdom and Hollywood Studios both scheduled for May 19.  These are both parks that you might want to consider spending more than just half a day at, so maybe do one of these on 17th since you have 2 and a half days scheduled for Magic Kingdom.

When scheduling your magical days at Disney, remember that there is a LOT of walking involved!  You have a lot planned so make sure to pace yourselves.  Also, even the best plans sometimes have some glitches, so have some alternative plans (take in a movie at Downtown Disney, or spend a quiet afternoon enjoying your resort!)

Regarding crowds, you should be beating the summer rush.  The Flower and Garden Festival will be going on at Epcot, so you might see some crowds there, but it is quite beautiful, you might want to check it out!  Have a magical vacation!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
