Hi Kelly,
Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel! What a magical way to celebrate your daughter's birthday, I'm sure it will be a celebration she will never forget! The birthday pin is sure to add some extra attention for your daughter throughout the Theme Parks and resorts, cast members and characters love giving special birthday wishes to guests.
If you haven't already, make sure to add a celebration to your advanced dining reservation. To add a celebration, you can call in advance (407) 939-3463 or simply let them know when you arrive. Quite often, the cast members will bring a cupcake and even a card to celebrate and sing with your family.
If you would like an over the top celebration, Disney offers custom cakes by calling (407) 827-2253. This option requires at least 48 hours notice to allow enough time for the chef's to fulfill your requests.
The ultimate splurge would be to contact Disney Floral and Gifts and have an i
n-room birthday celebration waiting for your princess after your day in the Theme Park. I would recommend the Mickey Mouse and Pals Big Birthday Wish, or the Presenting Your Royal Princess - Child. There are also less expensive, but still special options such as balloon bouquets and special treats.
If you would like even more ideas, the Walt Disney World website also offers a variety of
additional celebration ideas.
I'm sure no matter how you choose to celebrate, your daughter's birthday will be incredibly magical. Simply being at Walt Disney World Resort will create a wonderful birthday memories in itself!
