Going to WDW in March, want to know if I should order or purchase some type of flashlight/light up sword for the evening fireworks shows. The kids will want one when they see them being sold but I do not want to pay $15-$20 each for 3 kids! Any advice?

    Hi Amy,

That sounds like a marvelous, cost-cutting plan!  I found this telescopic Mickey sword on the Disney Store site, and it's less than $7.  You might also have some luck searching costume supply stores near your home or online for accessories that light up and spin.  Blinking wearable necklaces are fun too.  I would steer clear, though, of anything that might be mistaken by Disney security as a weapon.  Don't forget you'll have to get these items through the bag check area at the entrance to the park.

Good luck hunting for some magical surprises for your children to enjoy at Walt Disney World!
