We are going to WDW in March, but I purchased "No Expire" tickets back in 2005 for my self, husband and son who at the time was 6. Will I be able to get some kind of credit towards the purchase of a ticket for my sonor was that money lost?

    Hi Beatriz,

I am so happy that you are returning to Walt Disney World in March.  You will have such a different trip now that your son is older.  My fourteen year old son just loves all the attractions now.  His favorites are Rock 'n' Rollercoaster and the Tower of Terror at Hollywood Studios, Expedition Everest at Animal Kingdom, Test Track and Mission Space at Epcot, and Space Mountain and Splash Mountain at the Magic Kingdom.  Your son may love some of the shows now such as Lights, Motors, Action! Extreme Stunt Show at Hollywood Studios.

Walt Disney World will honor any tickets that you have purchased.  You will need to go to Guest Services at any of the theme parks and show them your old ticket.  They will be able to upgrade it for your son, and most of the time do not charge for this.  None of your money will be lost.  They will be able to tell you how many days you have left on your tickets as well.

I hope you have a magical vacation, Beatriz.  Send me a follow up question if I can help you further.
