WDW in March with party of 6 or 7. Making dining reservations now. For pre-paid res, do I make the res for 6 and try to add on 7th person if necessary? Or make res for 7 (would I get reimbursed if only 6)

    Hi Geraldine!

I'm so excited to see you are making your dining reservations for your 2020 Walt Disney World Resort vacation! I know March must seem so far away, but it will be here before you know it!

I definitely recommend you make the reservation for all seven Guests. There is a chance you may not be able to add the additional Guest if you make the reservation for only six Guests. As soon as the plans of Guest number seven are confirmed, you can either move forward as planned or modify your dining reservations by calling 407-939-DINE (3463) and cancel that one Guest. If needed, you can also wait until you arrive at the restaurant and they will refund you at that time.

Thanks so much for sharing your question with the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I'm so excited for you as you plan your magical vacation! Please let me know if you need any other tips to make your Walt Disney World Resort vacation practically perfect in every way!

    Have a magical day!
