For the WDW Marathon in Jan. - Is it worth it to buy the Platnium package CheerSquad for my family? I signed up for the Race Retreat. My son is 4 and it seems pricey for a 4 year old but then again it might be more comfortable for him to watch me finish.

Hi Jocelyn!

Honestly, I think the platinum package (with use of the race retreat tent) is an excellent option for your family, especially for small children. It will be cold the morning of the race, and having a climate controlled tent with sofas, tables, chairs, televisions, Disney characters, hot food buffet, drinks, bathrooms, etc. would be the perfect spot for your son to be. Yes, it is a little expensive, but if you can buy it, I think it would be well worth the money. It's a great place for family and friends to wait for their runners to finish.
