Hi Frank,
I love coming to Walt Disney World with extended family. It is so much fun to share the magic with everyone. I have several suggestions for dining that my family loves.
At the Magic Kingdom, I love going to Liberty Tree Tavern; this is a family-style all you can eat restaurant with turkey breast, carved beef and pork, mashed potatoes, stuffing, and macaroni & cheese. The Crystal Palace is a wonderful character meal that has Pooh, Piglet, Eeyore, and Tigger that come to your table for photos and autographs.
Epcot has the most wonderful restaurants. My favorite is Le Cellier Steakhouse in Canada, the Biergarten in Germany, and The Coral Reef Restaurant next to The Seas with Nemo & Friends. When you visit Le Cellier, be sure to try the pretzel bread and Mushroom Filet Mignon. These will change your life!
At Hollywood Studios, I love the 50's Prime Time Cafe and the Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater Restaurant. The food is fabulous at both places and be sure to mind your manners at the 50's Prime Time Cafe!
Downtown Disney hosts T-REX, A Prehistoric Family Adventure which is a dinosaur themed restaurant with frequent meteor showers. Fulton's Crab House is a wonderful seafood meal on an authentic Riverboat replica docked on the waterfront. Amazing. Paradiso 37 is on the West Side of Downtown Disney and not to be missed as well.
Ohana at The Polynesian and 1900 Park Fare at the Grand Floridian are fun dinners as well. You will be able to see Cinderella and her Prince at 1900 Park Fare for a character dinner. As you can see, you have many options to choose from Frank! Send me a follow up question if I can help you further and happy dining!
