Hi! We will be at WDW the last 2 weeks of April, when does the schedule for extra magic hours at all parks get released for that time of year?

Hi, Teena! Extra Magic Hours is such an amazing benefit available to guests staying in Walt Disney World Resort hotels. Each day, a select theme park will open one hour early or stay open two hours later for Guests staying at the Resort. We are always early risers while on vacation, so we have taken advantage of morning Extra Magic Hours several times. It's a great way to fit in a few extra rides on our favorite attractions before the park is open to all guests.

I have some great news to share with you - the Extra Magic Hours schedule for April 2018 has been released! You can head to the Park Hours monthly calendar for April and start planning your day-to-day itinerary. Know that the overall schedule is subject to change at any time, but generally, the Extra Magic Hours rarely change.

Teena, have you started thinking about your FastPass+ selections yet? Since you are staying at one of the Resort hotels, you will be able to make your selections up to 60 days in advance of your check-in date. It's never too early to start thinking about those FastPass+ selections as you are planning out your days in the theme parks.

Thank you so much for stopping by with this question. Please let us know if you need any further assistance while planning your magical visit, especially if you would like some help planning out those FastPass+ selections!
