We have been going to WDW since DS was 3.Kids are now 12&7 & this will be our 1st trip with no stroller! Seems like we used it more to carry stuff then our kids so how do we pack for the parks now?Don't want to be a pack mule, what are the must car

    Hi Karen,

I completely understand getting to the stage when you don't have a stroller to carry all of the "stuff."  I have three children who's ages are 8,11, and 14, and now we only use a back pack.  We normally will carry a couple of water bottles, snacks such as granola bars and hard candy, sunscreen, band aids, and sometimes rain gear.  Our kids are responsible for their own jackets and hats.  If there is room, we will shove the jackets in the back pack as well.   We have, on occasion, rented a locker mainly for heavier jackets when the weather turns cooler once the sun goes down.  I take advantage of the package delivery system when buying gifts as we always stay on Walt Disney World property.  If you are not staying on property, you can ask for package pickup near the entrance of each theme park at the end of the day.  You can also use a small fanny pack for the kids to help carry some gear as well.  You will find that it is actually liberating to not have a stroller, Karen!  Have a magical vacation.
