We'll be at WDW June 12-19th w/Basic Dining Package. Is it REALLY necessary to make reservations for Table Service Restaurants each time we use that part of our meal plan? We don't want to get stuck on a ride when our reservation time comes up!

Hi Eileen - while it does seem a bit limiting to have advanced dining reservations for all of your table service meals, I would recommend it.  The table service restaurants (at the resorts and at the theme parks) do get very busy, and making advanced reservations allows you to eat at the times you prefer.

If you expect to have busy days, I'd suggest using your table service credits for breakfast or dinner.  That way, you can either start your day or end your day with the table service meal, and it won't interfere with your day.

    Have a great vacation!
