We are going to WDW in June. We are wanting to do a Fantasmic Dinner Package at Hollywood & Vine or Mama Melrose's. We have the Dining Plan. Is the dinner package included? If so, which restaurant do you recommend? Thanks!

    Hi Elizabeth --

You'll be happy to know that, yes, the Fantasmic! Dining Experience is included in the Dining Plan.  When you make your reservation, your credit card number will be taken, but the charge won't be put through unless you are a "no show" or fail to cancel at least 48 hours before your dining date.

Hollywood & Vine and Mama Melrose's are both great options.  Mama Melrose's is my preference simply because it's a sit down meal in a slightly more relaxed setting.  Because Hollywood & Vine is a buffet, it just seems more chaotic and like a cafeteria to me.  Usually around dinner time, I'm looking to get away from the chaos of the parks and recharge a little.

Hope this helps.  Have a magical vacation!

Meet the Panelist: Diane, Georgia

After spending 25 years in RI, my husband and I relocated to GA with our youngest, who is now in high school. I took my first trip to Walt Disney World when I was 11 and I have traveled many times since then with all different party sizes. From creating our first itinerary as a honeymooner to later creating magical experiences for our multigenerational family gatherings, every aspect of planning a vacation has been pure joy to me.  Learn More About Diane
