    We will be in WDW from June 6 to 14. Several weeks ago I added Genie+ to our reservation for each day we will be in the parks. Will the recently announced change about the inability to pre-purchase Genie+ Starting June 8 affect our passes?

    Hello Brad!

    Disney Genie+ has opened up Lightning Lane opportunities for Guests to help them save time waiting in lines. You are correct that starting June 8th, 2022, Disney Genie+ will have to be purchased on the day of instead of having a pre-purchase option.

    I have good news for you because if you purchased Disney Genie+ when you purchased your tickets before the June 8th, 2022 change, you would still be able to use the Disney Genie+ for each day of your Walt Disney World vacation. So since you already have your tickets with Disney Genie+ for each day of your tickets, this policy change will not affect your tickets.
