I am going to WDW in June. I want to save some money on food by eating breakfast in the room. Can you bring a toaster oven to the resort rooms for this purpose?

    Hi, Beth!

Toaster ovens or any other similar small appliances would be considered a fire hazard and will not be permitted in your resort room. You are welcome to use the toasters and microwaves that are located in your resort's food court area.

Using the resort's food court is actually a nice option as they will have all the paper products you might need, margarine packs, condiments, plastic forks and knives, free cups of ice water, and then you can discard all your trash right there keeping your room free of any crumbs and waste.

Also consider items such as granola bars, muffins, or fruit that will not need any preparation. You will have a small refrigerator in your room to keep drinks chilled.

Enjoy your Walt Disney World vacation!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
