    We will be going to WDW In June 2008, right after my daughter's high school graduation! We want to do a character meal with Tigger (her favorite). We know that he is at the Crystal Palace with Winnie, but when is the best to see Tigger? Lunch or Dinner?

    We like to eat at the Crystal Palace for dinner.  Tigger is a regular at Crystal Palace.  We have always seen him each time we have attended the Character Meals.  My kids love the peel and eat shrimp on the buffet.  Tigger came to our table twice when we were there in October.  We had a fabulous time and the food was incredible.  Have a great trip!!
