We are going to WDW in June and we have booked a 10 day stay but only have park tickets for 6 days. We also have the Deluxe Dining Plan. Once our park days are up, does that mean the rest of our meals will have to be used at the Resorts?

    Hi Jeffrey!

One of my favorite things about Walt Disney World is the dining, and with a deluxe dining plan, you have a great vacation ahead of you! Admission to theme parks is required in order to dine at restaurant locations inside, though.  On days that you won't be visiting the theme parks, you'll be able to use any of your available Deluxe Dining Plan credits at participating resort dining locations. I actually think you have a great opportunity on your hands. You will be able to use your dining plan and visit other Walt Disney World Resort dining locations, which means not only will you see some great areas you may have otherwise looked over, but you might also discover some of the great dining, even fine/signature dining, locations that Disney World has to offer. In addition to other Disney Resorts, you can also use the deluxe dining plan at the Boardwalk and Downtown Disney. There are plenty of dining options at those locations. Depending on which resort you are staying at, you might even find them to be very convenient. Come back to the Moms Panel if you need any more help!

    Have a magical vacation!
