Hello. We are going to WDW in July, staying in a hotel outside Disney. If we leave a car at the MK parking can we go to a water park and after that return to pick up the car or leave MK and go with the car? Do we have to pay for both parkings? Thanks

Hi, Damian!   Parking at any of the 4 Theme Parks is $12 per day (subject to change) if you are not staying at a Disney Resort.   This covers your entire day, so if you change parks, just show your receipt at the toll booth.

Parking at Blizzard Beach or Typhoon Lagoon is free whether or not you are staying on property.  You will be better off driving to the water parks, as there is not a bus that goes directly to the water parks from the Magic Kingdom;  You would have to transfer.   Plus with all your swim gear, it will be easier to just keep everything in your car and park right at either Blizzard Beach or Typhoon Lagoon.

Don't forget your sunscreen and have a great time splashing around at the water parks!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is sailing with Disney Cruise Line, running (or cheering!) at runDisney events, taking hula lessons at Aulani, or vacationing at the Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. I am proud to be a part of the planDisney team and cannot wait to share my tips and advice for a magical vacation
