Hi Gabriel:
My family always enjoys
Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue, the vaudeville-style dinner show with a country twist. Dinner is served family style and includes favorites like fried chicken, smoked bbq pork ribs, fresh corn bread, strawberry shortcake and the most delicious country-style baked beans I have ever tasted.
Hoop-Dee-Doo is very interactive and the cast frequently takes the show from the stage and into the audience to sing songs and engage the guests. Towards the end of the performance, a handful of lucky audience members are asked to join the show for the grand finale. I was lucky enough to get called in stage during my last visit. There was nothing special I did to get picked, and I wasn't picked to participate during previous visits to Hoop-Dee-Doo. You really have to be enthusiastic and lucky. The cast makes the decisions on who participates on stage.
I'm not sure what you have in mind, but there is a portion of the show where the cast calls out birthdays and anniversaries and asks the audience to identify if they are celebrating a special occasion. Make sure you speak up and identify the special occasion during audience participation. When you check in to the restaurant, you can try to secretly tell the host that it's your husband's birthday and that he'd like to participate in the show. There is no guarantee, but perhaps some Disney Magic may happen.
Enjoy your vacation.
