    Going to WDW in January 2013. We are staying @ All-star Music. Is it possible to simply "visit" the other resorts, grounds, lobbies, ect...? Sort of see where we would like to stay next time?... we're already thinking about "next time"!

    Thank you so much for your question to the Walt Disney World Moms Panel!!

    The answer to your question is of course you can!!  I love to "resort hop" to different resorts other than the one I am staying at.  I would recommend taking Disney Transportation from one of the theme parks, water parks, or Downtown Disney to the specific resort you are interested in visiting.  

    One way that you can hit multiple resorts on the same trip is to take the Resort Monorail from the Magic Kingdom.  You will be able to visit Disney's Contemporary Resort, Disney's Grand Floridian Resort and Spa, and Disney's Polynesian Resort.  You can also take the Friendship Boat from either Epcot or Disney's Hollywood Studios and visit Disney's Beach Club/Yacht Club Resorts, Disney's BoardWalk Resort, and the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resorts.
