Hi. We are going to WDW January 31 - February 2 with 3 kids, ages 6, 3, 2. Then we are heading to Marco island. We will stay at Wilderness Lodge. I wonder if we could have 2 car seats shipped to the hotel so we don't have to check them on the airplanes .

    Hello, Gaye,

You are welcome to send packages to your resort prior to your arrival; we've done it many times.  You'll first want to work with the venue you'll be using (US Post Office, FedEx, UPS, etc) to time the arrival of your package so that it is there when you need it. You'll then send it to the following address:

    Resort Guest (your name)
      *Arriving on (date of arrival)
    Disney's Wilderness Lodge
    901 Timberline Drive
    Lake Buena Vista, Florida 32830

If the package arrives prior to your arrival, it will be stored in Bell Services.

Have a wonderful trip; it is just around the corner!
